Great Glass Goblets

Glancing at the glassware and dishes while grazing at the DI, I found these lovely goblets for a generous $.50 each. I couldn’t believe these were so cheap. Bud vases now go for $2, even the gunky ones. Perhaps a greater demand for them.

Water marks are hard to wash away after years of using the same water glasses. I’m embarrassed when dinner guests come to gobble away and must drink from something that looks so ghastly. Will they grimace or reply with grievances about the grime?

I’m glad to have found this godsend. A grand dinner party is in the works to show them off.

Stick Out Some St. Patty's Stuff

On St. Patty's Eve I'm showing the stuff that's been on display in my entry since March 1st. How easy is it to walk your home and pick out all the green, gold and white you have to make an eye catching arrangement that cost little to nothing.

Similar to the red heart fabric tied wreath I made in February, I pulled out all my green shades of fabric and made one to hang from the porch light for St. Patrick's Day. A gold bow from a bolt of 75% off Christmas ribbon I bought to use for wedding gifts and looks nice on this wreath.

Remove the shamrocks after the holiday is over and keep the display until you are ready for Easter. Try it and see how easy it is to do.
