What’s your favorite Christmas song?

What’s your favorite Christmas song? Or do they play them way too often and long? Bouncing around in our heads like a ping-pong. To start before Thanksgiving is just wrong!

My favorite song is ‘In the Bleak Midwinter’ It is poem written in 1872 by Christina Rosetti, Was put to music in 1906 by Gustav Holst and Voted best Christmas carole in 2008 by Choral experts. It begins with: “In the bleak midwinter, Frosty wind made moan, Earth stood hard as iron, Water like a stone; Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow… And ends with…”What can I give Him, poor as I am? If I were a shepherd, I would bring a lamb; If I were a Wise Man, I would do my part; Yet what I can I give Him: give my heart.
