Wednesday-When, Who & Where in Washington

We made it safely to Washington to enjoy the grandchildren, Sandhill Crane Festival & Clue-the Musical. The drive was good, as well as the weather and not much traffic. The beginning had a rough start because we got a speeding ticket as we had our maiden ride on the new Legacy highway. This is the first fine we've had in years, so we can't complain about getting it.

Eastern Washington is a beautiful with its rolling hills, orchards and the Columbia River. It's amazing how stiff you get when riding for hours, but made easier with a book on tape or cds from the library. Take advantage of your local library, community and schools to keep involved and reading.
